2. Hand-Crafted Production & Processing Time
Each scene is hand-crafted and meticulously finished by our artisans.
Standard Processing: Most orders are prepared within 3-5 business days.
Order Peaks: During periods of high demand or order surges, production may take longer. We prioritize quality over speed to ensure every scene meets our standards. If we are unable to fulfill your order within a reasonable timeframe, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
3. Shipping & Damages
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via specialized international carriers to ensure safe handling. You will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number as soon as your package is dispatched.
4. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, global logistics disruptions, or extreme weather.
