FAQs
1. PRODUCT & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Is the car included?
No, the cars are for display purposes only. We provide the "stage," and you bring the "star." Our scenes are designed to fit almost any 1:64 scale model (Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Tomica, MiniGT, etc.).
Is this 3D printed or mass-produced?
Neither. Every scene is hand-built using a mix of traditional modeling materials. While some base components might be molded, the textures, weathering, and vegetation are all applied by hand. This is why no two pieces are 100% identical.
Will my scene look exactly like the photo?
It will be very close, but not a carbon copy. Because our friends paint and craft each piece individually, there will be slight variations in the "dirt" on the road or the placement of the grass. Think of it as a unique piece of art for your desk.
Are there real plants or soil in the scenes?
No. For durability and international shipping safety, we do not use any natural organic materials. Instead, we use high-quality polymers, static grass, and professional hobby textures to recreate the look of mud, grass, and water. This ensures your scene won't mold, attract pests, or have any issues passing through customs.
2. SHIPPING & ORDERS
How long does it take to make?
Quality takes time. We usually need 3-5 business days to prepare your scene before it’s ready for the road. If we have a surge in orders, we’ll keep you updated via email.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship to our customers worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we often have "Order over $60 Free Shipping" deals.
Can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to change your mind. After that, we’ve already started building it, and the order cannot be canceled.
3. COMPATIBILITY & CARE
What scale are the scenes?
All our current scenes are built for 1:64 scale models. This is the perfect size for your desk, bookshelf, or coffee table without taking up too much space.
Are the scenes fragile?
They are built to be sturdy enough for display, but like any detailed model, they should be handled with care. Keep them away from direct sunlight for long periods and avoid high humidity to preserve the colors and textures.
How do I clean my diorama?
A soft, dry makeup brush or a light puff of air (like a camera lens blower) works best to remove dust without disturbing the fine details.
