Return & Refund

1. All Sales are Final

Since everything we make is hand-built and made-to-order, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges once the item has been shipped, as these unique pieces are difficult to ship back and cannot be resold.

2. Hand-built, Not Machine-made

Every scene is hand-painted and put together by hand. This means:

Small variations in texture, color, or the way the grass and sand look are normal. These are not "defects"—they are what make your piece unique.

3. Shipping & Damages

We pack our scenes as securely as possible for their long journey. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier or rough handling during transit.

4. If We Made a Mistake

If we sent you the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, we will definitely make it right.

Please email us at help@qcarlab.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a few clear photos of what you received.

After this 7-day window, we unfortunately cannot process any claims.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After that, our work begins, and the order can no longer be canceled or revoked.
